I build websites for cleaning companies, restaurants, contractors and estate agents.
One setup fee, then a flat monthly fee that covers hosting, changes and keeping the site alive. Yours is live 7 days after the content arrives, and there is no minimum term.
- No minimum term
- 48-hour changes
- You keep the domain
Three finished sites you can open right now

Open a finished site for your trade
Each one is a business I invented and then built properly — menu, prices, hours, staff, reviews. Nothing behind a login, nothing half-finished, no screenshots.
What I build, by trade
Three steps, one week
Enquiry
You send the form or an email. I reply within one business day with a price, a plan, and the list of things I need from you.
Live site in 7 days
I write the copy, build the pages and send you a link. Two rounds of changes are included before it goes live.
Monthly upkeep
Hosting, domain, SSL, backups and monitoring stay my problem. Two content changes a month, each done within 48 hours.
What you get every month
Written as limits rather than as vibes. Anything outside this list I quote hourly, and you see the number before I start.

A change is text, a price, a photo, opening hours, a new dish, a new person on the team.
Built remotely, and none of it needs a meeting.
Everything below happens without a meeting, and that is a choice rather than a limitation. It does have a shape worth describing before you send anything.
You send what you already have: photos, an old site, a menu, notes in your phone. I write the rest and send you a link to look at. Everything runs through email and a shared folder you keep access to, so there is a record of what was asked for and what was agreed. There is no app to learn.
Two rounds of changes are included before launch, and I reply to email within one business day. If our working hours barely overlap, that costs you nothing — no part of this needs both of us online at once.
From $850 to set up, then $110 a month
Prices are in US dollars. In UAE dirhams that is AED 3,000 to set up and AED 400 a month. Five pages, written and built around your business. Larger sites, and sites you already own, are priced separately.
The questions people ask before they email
If yours is not here, ask it in the enquiry and it gets answered in the first reply.
What counts as a content change?
Text, a price, a photo, opening hours, a new dish, a new person on the team. Two a month, turned around within 48 hours. A new page or a redesign is quoted separately.
What happens if I stop paying?
You keep the domain and the content. Give a month’s notice and I hand over the files or move the site wherever you want it. There is no lock-in and nothing is held back.
Do you work with clients in my country?
Almost certainly. The work is remote and the thing being delivered is a website, so the only parts that change by country are the currency on your invoice and the way the site is written.
Tell me what your business does
A few sentences is enough for me to price it. If it is not a fit, I will say so in the first reply rather than book a call about it.
