Getting here
1408 West 34th Street, between Shoal Creek Boulevard and North Lamar. The entrance is on 34th, not on the alley.
The 803 stops at 34th and Lamar, two minutes’ walk. There is a bench in the shade outside if you arrive early with a nervous dog.
Wheelchair access is level from the parking lot at the back; the front door has one step.
Parking
Free, behind the building, eleven spaces, entered from the alley off 34th. If it is full at eight in the morning, the street is unmetered on that block. Nobody has ever been ticketed and nobody is going to be, but we mention it because people ask.
