About us
Eleven people, working across Dubai Marina, JLT, Business Bay and Downtown since 2019.
Marina Shine started with two cleaners and one building in Dubai Marina. Almost everything we do now still comes from somebody in a building recommending us to somebody else in the same building.
That shapes how we work. We would rather keep forty regular customers for years than churn through four hundred one-off jobs, so we send the same person to the same home, we hold our prices for the whole year, and we say no to work we cannot staff properly.
Everybody on the team is employed by us directly. Nobody is subcontracted, everybody is on a full residency visa, and everybody is trained here before their first solo visit.
