Regular cleaning is priced by the size of the property. Everything else is quoted from a fixed starting price. There is no call-out fee and no minimum term.

Booking more than once
- Weekly visits: 15% off every visit.
- Fortnightly visits: 10% off every visit.
- Monthly visits: 5% off every visit.
- Discounts apply from the first visit, not after a trial period.
- Cancel or move a visit with 24 hours notice and there is no charge.
Questions we get asked
- Do I need to be home?
- No. Most of our regular customers leave a key with the building concierge or give us an access code. We confirm arrival and send a message when the team leaves.
- What if something gets damaged?
- We are insured up to AED 500,000. Tell us within 48 hours, send a photograph, and we handle it. It is rare, and we do not argue about it when it happens.
- Are the prices inclusive of VAT?
- Yes. Every price on this page includes VAT at 5%. The figure you see is the figure on the invoice.
- Can I get the same cleaner each time?
- Yes, and it is the default for regular bookings. If your cleaner is on leave we tell you in advance and send somebody who has been briefed on your property.
- How do I pay?
- Card, bank transfer or cash on the day. Regular customers are invoiced monthly.
